Product Description
Hydroxy silicone oil emulsion 30% is a water emulsion made of special high-viscosity terminal hydroxyl silicone oil through a special emulsification process. It has chemical activity and outstanding stability, lubricity and softness. The product can be stable in the working fluid. The product is non-ionic and can be used for industrial lubricants; smoothing treatment of various yarns and fabrics; smoothing and brightening agent for artificial leather and leather; Scratch-resistant agent; industrial release agent, etc. It can be used alone or in combination with other non-cations and cations.

Recommended Usage:
The Hydroxyl silicone oil emulison 30% can be used in dipping method, padding method or spraying method, and can be used in combination with other emulsions or used alone; the finishing effect of it depends on the formula and dosage level. Please use it as soon as possible after preparing it. Impurities in water at low concentrations will affect the stability of the working fluid. It is recommended that customers prepare and use it immediately. Dilute it to a low concentration and use it as soon as possible. Do not store it for a long time after dilution, otherwise oil floating will occur If there is oil floating, it should be stopped immediately.

Shelf life and storage:
Store in a cool, dry place under the condition of keeping the original package sealed. The storage period is 12 months from the production date; the expiration date is indicated on the label of each batch of products.
The product must be kept tightly sealed during storage. If it's not sealed and stored, or the packaging container with poor sealing is replaced, the product may deteriorate.
