Product Description

It is a polymer smooth softener polymerized by siloxane, polyamine, and polyether. It has a modified silicon chemical structure and multiple active functional groups. The product can be stable in the working fluid without oil drift or roller sticking. The product is weakly cationic. After use, it can give warp knitted fabrics, leather, and PU leather a good smooth, soft and elastic feel. It feels dry and will not feel greasy. It is suitable for polyester, polyester cotton, leather, various filaments and short fibers. It can be used alone or in combination with other non-cationic softeners. It feels soft, smooth and elastic. This product is also a good fiber opener.

Application:

It is suitable for the smooth and soft treatment of various polyester, polycotton and other yarns, fabrics and garments. It has particularly good effects on coral velvet, plush, short plush and other polyester needle-drawn fabrics, polyester blankets and feather yarns. It can also be used to soften and smooth wigs and leather to improve elasticity. It will not drift oil when used in an overflow machine. Finishing effects vary depending on formulation and dosage level.

Shelf life and storage:
Store in a cool, dry place under the condition of keeping the original package sealed. The storage period is 12 months from the production date; the expiration date is indicated on the label of each batch of products.
The product must be kept tightly sealed during storage. If it's not sealed and stored, or the packaging container with poor sealing is replaced, the product may deteriorate.
