Our hydroxyl silicone oil 60% is an anionic emulsion of high molecular
weight hydroxy silicone Oil used as a hair conditioning agent in
shampoos. It can significantly improve the softness of hair, enhance
the touch of hair, has good dry/wet combing performance and foam
stability, and has a high degree of product matching, which is
convenient for use in used in the formula.
